Terms of Service

These Terms of Service are a binding agreement between you and Sai Infotech, the operator of the eDoot WhatsApp campaign service. By using eDoot you agree to these Terms.

Service

eDoot helps businesses import CSV or Excel contact files, map columns, prepare WhatsApp templates, review quota usage, send approved WhatsApp template messages through the connected WhatsApp Business sender, and review delivery evidence.

eDoot is not an emergency service, a legal compliance service, a CRM of record, or a guarantee that a WhatsApp Business Account, template, message, payment, or webhook will be approved or accepted by a provider.

Who May Use eDoot

  • You must use eDoot for business or organizational purposes, not personal household messaging.
  • You must be authorized to create or manage the workspace, billing account, uploaded contact data, WhatsApp Business sender, templates, and campaigns you use with eDoot.
  • You must provide accurate workspace, billing, sender, template, and campaign information.
  • You are responsible for all activity performed through your workspace and signed-in session.

Recipient Consent And Messaging Rules

You are responsible for deciding whether each recipient may lawfully receive your WhatsApp messages and for keeping proof of consent outside eDoot where required.

  • Only upload contacts and send messages when you have the required rights, notices, permissions, and opt-ins.
  • Do not send spam, deceptive messages, unlawful messages, harassing content, or messages that violate recipient rights.
  • Honor opt-out, block, unsubscribe, and stop requests promptly. eDoot records common inbound opt-out words, but you remain responsible for consent and suppression practices.
  • Do not request or send full payment-card numbers, financial account numbers, government identifiers, health information, or other sensitive identifiers through WhatsApp unless your legal obligations and provider rules clearly allow it.
  • Use approved WhatsApp templates only for their intended purpose and category.

Provider Terms

eDoot depends on third-party services. Your use of those services is also governed by their terms, policies, and account decisions.

  • WhatsApp, Meta, or the configured WhatsApp Business Solution Provider may approve, reject, pause, limit, throttle, suspend, or terminate business messaging access, templates, senders, or accounts.
  • Razorpay or Dodo Payments controls subscription checkout, payment authentication, payment failures, invoices, and payment-provider records when billing is configured.
  • Resend controls transactional email delivery when email sending is configured.
  • Telegram controls operator alert delivery when Telegram alerts are configured.
  • A provider outage, policy decision, rejected template, invalid sender credential, missing environment variable, rate limit, or failed webhook can prevent eDoot from completing a flow.

Review the WhatsApp Business Terms, WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, Razorpay Terms, Dodo Payments Terms, and Resend Terms, and Telegram Terms.

Your Content And Data

You keep ownership of the workspace information, spreadsheet rows, contacts, templates, campaign details, message content, and billing information you provide. You give eDoot permission to process that information as needed to provide the service, including sharing it with configured providers as described in the Privacy Policy.

You represent that you have the rights needed to upload, store, process, and send the data and message content you place in eDoot.

Billing And Refunds

  • eDoot stores configured billing-provider subscription, checkout, product, invoice, and payment identifiers, billing contact details, payment method brand, last four digits, and invoice line items.
  • Checkout opens only when the selected billing provider keys and subscription product or plan are configured for the deployment.
  • On the managed provider path, eDoot bills the customer plan and workspace quota; direct-provider beta workspaces may still be subject to their own third-party provider charges.
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and your access continues until the end of the current paid period.

Security And Access

  • Keep your email account, magic-link access, devices, WhatsApp Business account, Meta account where used, billing provider account, and workspace access secure.
  • Do not share access with unauthorized people or use another person's account without permission.
  • Notify Sai Infotech at [email protected] if you believe a workspace, sender, billing account, or provider credential is compromised.
  • eDoot may fail or block a flow when required provider credentials, webhook secrets, database credentials, encryption keys, or environment variables are missing.

Restrictions

  • Do not use eDoot for unlawful activity, unauthorized messaging, spam, fraud, impersonation, discrimination, harassment, malware, credential abuse, or attempts to bypass provider limits.
  • Do not interfere with, overload, probe, scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to eDoot or its providers.
  • Do not upload data you are not allowed to process or message.
  • Do not use eDoot in a regulated use case unless you have confirmed your own legal and provider-policy obligations.

Availability And Changes

eDoot depends on the web app, worker, Postgres database, Meta, WhatsApp, the configured billing provider, Resend, Telegram, and configured environment secrets. The service may be unavailable if any of those systems are unavailable, misconfigured, or changed by their provider.

Features, pricing displays, provider flows, and these Terms may change as the product changes. Material changes are reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after a posted update means you accept the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Disclaimers And Limitation Of Liability

eDoot is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, message delivery, template or account approval by Meta or WhatsApp, or any business or revenue outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sai Infotech is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Sai Infotech’s total liability for any claim relating to eDoot is limited to the subscription fees you paid for the service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts located in India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of eDoot, except where applicable law gives you a non-waivable right to another forum.
